Please read these terms carefully before using TaskSage. They explain your rights and responsibilities as a user.

By creating an account or using TaskSage, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
TaskSage is a task and project management web application provided by Jagadish Vulli ("we", "us", "our"), based in the United Kingdom.
TaskSage allows you to create, organise, and manage tasks; set reminders; track time; use AI assistance and agentic AI automation; import tasks from text or documents using AI extraction; receive tasks via inbound webhook integrations; scan your Gmail inbox for action items; schedule Google Meet video calls directly from tasks (Personal tier and above); and optionally connect Google Calendar and Google Tasks for an integrated view of your work.
The service is accessible at tasksage.app and may be installed as a Progressive Web App (PWA) on your device.
You may sign in using Google, or create an account with your email address and password. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at jagadish.vulli@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Each account is for personal use by one individual. You may not share your account credentials with others or create accounts on behalf of others without their consent.
You must be at least 13 years old to use TaskSage. By using the service, you confirm you meet this requirement.
TaskSage offers the following tiers:

Current pricing is displayed in the app at sign-up and on the My Account page. We reserve the right to change prices with reasonable notice.
Paid subscriptions are processed through our payment provider. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees. All prices are in GBP unless otherwise stated.
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month. Annual subscriptions renew automatically each year. You can cancel at any time before your renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the My Account page within the app. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. After expiry, your account reverts to the Free tier and your data is retained.
We offer a 3-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 3 days of your initial payment for a full refund. Refunds are not offered for renewals or after the 3-day window.
If a payment fails or your subscription expires, you receive a 3-day grace period during which full access continues. If not renewed within this window, your account reverts to the Free tier.
We will notify you of any price changes at least 30 days before they take effect via in-app notification and email. Your locked subscription price is honoured until you change your plan.
The Free tier is provided without charge and without time limit, subject to feature and task count limits.
Trial periods (where offered) are for new users only. You may not create multiple accounts to access repeated trials. Trial abuse may result in account termination.
Promotional codes are valid only under the conditions stated at the time of issue (expiry date, eligible tiers, new-user restrictions). We reserve the right to cancel promotions at any time.
You agree not to use TaskSage to:
⚠️ Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
You retain full ownership of all content you create in TaskSage — your tasks, notes, projects, and uploaded files are yours.
By using TaskSage, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service. We do not claim any ownership over your content.
You are responsible for the content you store in TaskSage. We are not responsible for any content you create and reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
You may export your task data at any time using the built-in CSV export feature. Upon account deletion, all your data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
ℹ️ AI features (the ✨ button, AI scheduling, voice-to-task, Gmail scan, AI text & document import, AI file upload, and agentic AI) are available on paid tiers. Usage is subject to per-day and monthly limits which vary by tier. AI file upload (PDF, image, text) is available on Premium and above.
When you manually trigger an AI feature — such as the ✨ button, voice-to-task, or Gmail email scan — the relevant content (task name, notes, checklist, or email content) is sent to our AI processing providers for analysis. By using these features, you acknowledge that:
TaskSage offers agentic AI — an automated system that runs AI on your tasks on a regular schedule (typically once per day) without requiring you to be active in the app. When you add an AI instruction to a task, you are authorising TaskSage to process that task automatically in the background.
By enabling agentic AI on a task, you acknowledge that:
You may set AI budget caps in the app (My Account → AI Settings) to control daily AI usage and costs.
When you use the Gmail email scan feature, AI classifies each detected action item into one of the following categories: accept invite, reply required, review/approve, make payment, follow-up, or task only. These classifications are suggestions only — you should verify them before taking action.
TaskSage optionally integrates with Gmail to scan your inbox for emails that contain action items and create tasks from them. By connecting your Gmail account, you authorise TaskSage to access your Gmail in read-only mode on your behalf when you trigger the email scan feature.
We do not send emails, delete emails, or modify your Gmail account in any way. Gmail data is processed server-side solely to extract action items and is immediately discarded after task creation — it is never stored on our servers.
TaskSage optionally integrates with Google Calendar and Google Tasks in read-only mode. We display your Calendar events alongside your tasks and allow you to import Google Tasks items into TaskSage. We do not modify, delete, or create general entries in your Google Calendar or Google Tasks via this integration.
On Personal, Premium, and Platinum tiers, TaskSage can schedule Google Meet video calls directly from your tasks. By using this feature, you authorise TaskSage to:
TaskSage only creates, modifies, or deletes Calendar events that it created — it does not touch any other events in your calendar. The Google Calendar event ID and the generated Meet link URL are stored in your TaskSage task record so we can update or cancel the event later.
When you add attendees to a meeting, they will receive invite, reschedule, and cancellation emails from Google Calendar on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to add those email addresses as attendees and that the recipients consent to receiving calendar invites from you.
The Google Meet feature is gated by your subscription tier. If your account is downgraded to the Free tier, you will no longer be able to create new meetings via TaskSage. Existing meeting links stored on your tasks remain visible, and you may remove them manually.
You may revoke TaskSage's access to any Google service at any time via Google Account Permissions. Revoking access disables the relevant integration in TaskSage but does not affect your TaskSage task data. Note that revoking access will prevent TaskSage from updating or cancelling any existing Google Meet events that were created via the app.
Your use of Google services within TaskSage is also subject to Google's Terms of Service.
TaskSage allows you to configure custom webhook integrations and automation tools that call third-party URLs when certain conditions are met (for example, when a task is completed or an automation rule fires).
By configuring webhooks or custom tools, you acknowledge that:
We reserve the right to disable webhook configurations that appear to be used for abusive, illegal, or harmful purposes.
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. TaskSage is provided "as is" and "as available".
We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or in response to security incidents. We will provide reasonable advance notice of planned downtime where possible.
Agentic AI scheduled runs may be delayed or skipped during service maintenance windows. This does not constitute a breach of these terms.
We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions, including loss of data. We strongly recommend using the CSV export feature to keep local backups of important data.
TaskSage and all its components — including the application code, design, branding, and documentation — are the intellectual property of Jagadish Vulli, protected by copyright and other applicable laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from TaskSage without express written permission.
Feedback, suggestions, and bug reports you submit may be used to improve the service without compensation or attribution.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you may have statutory rights that override some of the above limitations.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at jagadish.vulli@gmail.com. We will delete your data within 30 days of the request.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or for any other reason with reasonable notice. In cases of serious violation (e.g., illegal activity), termination may be immediate.
Upon termination, your right to use the service ends. Paid subscriptions will be refunded on a pro-rata basis if termination is initiated by us without cause.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of TaskSage shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also benefit from the mandatory protections of your local law.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification and by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
If you continue to use TaskSage after changes take effect, you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept the updated terms, you must stop using the service and may request account deletion.
